Mandy Bradbury, PhD
Senior User Experience Researcher
About Mandy
I completed my PhD in Human Factors and Applied Cognition at North Carolina State University and currently work at Veracity Consulting as a Senior User Experience Researcher. While at Veracity, I have worked with several clients in the healthcare and financial tech industries. I am currently working as a consultant within the Department of Veteran Affairs. In additional to Veracity, I have also worked as a User Experience Researcher/Human Factors Engineer with four other amazing companies: Google, Lenovo, Lean Geeks, and User-View.
Overall, I am a user experience and human factors researcher, which means I am a user advocate. I am passionate about making the best product possible and strive to accomplish this goal via thoughtful research design, creative use of qualitative and quantitative methods to answer complex questions, and going deep into the analyses to generate a holistic understanding of users' needs and habits.
