I completed a User Experience Research Co-op at Lenovo between August 2018 and April 2019. During that time, I evaluated both hardware and software products using several methodological approaches. These included user acceptance testing of the Lenovo Data Center Support Site, a competitive analysis comparing the usability of competitor servers, task analyses of specific support site tasks, and more.
